Do you ship Worldwide?

YES!! - We ship WORLDWIDE.

We also offer free delivery to all our Indonesian customers.

We shall require a phone number from you to add onto the package to help with fast delivery.  Information gathered from customers is only used for shipping purposes.

Who do you use for shipping & tracking?

For packages that do not include any oils, we send with EMS International 5-10 days worldwide with tracking.

 If your package is inclusive of oils, we use DHL Express for Worldwide shipping with tracking for 2-3 business day delivery time.  

As we send liquid items, we can ONLY ship with DHL Express due to International shipping regulations.  

Certain restrictive countries include Russia, Crimea, Cuba, North Korea & Syria. This involves needing a company address and import licence for the country, all of which is sole responsibility to the customer.  If the required information is not given in the order information, we shall cancel the order immediately.  If the order is shipped, all import duties & customs regulations are full responsibility of the customer, if imports decide they can seize/destroy the goods if required information is not satisfactory.  No refund will be issued with regards to imports/customs issues.

Terms & Conditions

Processing time usually 1-3 working days before shipping.

Customs and import taxes - Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. the spa lab is not responsible for delays due to customs.

We gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 7 days of delivery
Send items back within: 30 days of delivery
We don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Items on sale
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

  • Wholesale 2 (min 50 pcs per product)
  • Bulk Professional (items per kilo for spa treatments)
